Offshore wind installation projects are highly sensitive to delays, such as those caused by weather. This makes project execution and performance ‘as planned’ vital for any project. Our project group, headed by the Project Manager and Vessel Superintendant, monitors projects around the clock 365 days a year to ensure projects are delivered as planned in a safe working environment.
We do not accept technical down time and do everything we can to minimise any potential risk to the execution of the project. By staying in close communication with our back office and vessels department, we keep up to date with latest developments and can keep clients informed – both when projects are running on schedule and also if delays look likely.
Project execution strategy can vary from project to project according to the client’s overall project strategy but we always follow a base strategy that follows the points listed below:
