A2SEA to install transition pieces on Merkur Offshore Wind Farm

A2SEA has signed an agreement to install 66 transition pieces (TPs) on the 396MW Merkur Offshore Wind Farm for GeoSea. Acquisition of A2SEA by GeoSea becomes effective

On 31 August 2017, the acquisition of A2SEA by Belgian GeoSea became effective following the approval by the international competition authorities. The agreement was signed in July, where the former owners DONG Energy and Siemens International Holding BV agreed to sell the full ownership of A2SEA to GeoSea.
