About the job

As a Master/Chief Officer based on board one of our installation vessels you will be responsible for maintenance of the vessel, operations on deck, safety and safety equipment onboard, navigation and sailing plans, and head of the deck crew. Furthermore, together with the Engineer you plan the AB’s and crane operators’ work and will be responsible for the lifting operations in collaboration with the Lifting Supervisor, if a Lifting Supervisor is attached to the project.
 
At project start you will be involved in inspection and approval of modifications and mobilisation for the project.
 Besides, you will be involved in preparation of documentation for class and authorities.

As Master/Chief Officer in A2SEA you must hold a certificate of competency according to STCW95 II/2 unlimited.
