About the job 

As an Engineer based on board one of our installation vessels you will be responsible for maintenance of the technical performance, operation and maintenance of the vessel. You will be head of the engine-room crew and together with the Chief Officer and Master you will participate in planning of the AB’s and Crane operators’ work. At project start you will be involved in inspection and approval of modifications and mobilisation for the project. Besides, you will be involved in preparation of documentation for class and authorities.
 
Professionally the job is very challenging, and among other things you will be working with propulsion, complex jacking systems, cranes, winches and project specific modifications and equipment.

Professional skills and technical knowledge are a must. As an Engineer in A2SEA you must hold a certificate of competency according to STCW95 III/2.
